Boston STEM Lab founder Eugenia Rojas spoke with SAi about her experience as a woman educator in STEM and shares the way her racial and gender inclusive programs help to break the gender gap in STEM. When she is not teaching preschoolers she is teaching at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and at Simmons University to undergraduate and graduate students. Rojas holds a Ph.D. in Neurobiology and an M.S. in Molecular Medicine after studying in Germany and Mexico.
